XDOMU PLATFORM
Privacy policy
Effective September 8, 2026
This policy explains how xDomu handles personal information when you visit the xDomu Platform website or use its developer console. It applies to platform.xdomu.com and app.platform.xdomu.com.
Information we process
When you register or sign in, our authentication provider, Clerk, processes your account and session information. If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares your basic account identity, including your name, email address, and profile picture, with Clerk. The Platform stores your display name, verified email address, account identifier, identity-provider reference, and account creation date.
We also store organizations you create, your memberships and roles, and records of organization changes, including the account involved and the time of the action. If you contact us, we process the information you choose to provide.
Our hosting and authentication providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, which can include IP addresses, browser and device information, request metadata, and security events. The Platform records operational errors to help diagnose failures.
How we use information
We use this information to sign you in, maintain your account, provide workspace features, enforce permissions, respond to support and privacy requests, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and meet applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information or use Google account data for advertising. Google sign-in requests only basic identity scopes: openid, email, and profile. It does not request access to your Gmail messages, Drive files, Calendar, or other Google content. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Service providers and sharing
We use Clerk for authentication, Cloudflare to deliver the website and API, and Amazon Web Services to host application records. These providers process information needed for their services. Google processes your sign-in under its own privacy policy when you select Google sign-in.
Workspace information is available to other members as permitted by their roles. Authorized xDomu administrators may access account and organization records for service operation and support. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect people, rights, or the service. If the service changes ownership, information may transfer with it, subject to this policy and applicable notice requirements.
Cookies and browser storage
The console and its authentication provider use cookies or similar browser storage to maintain sessions and protect sign-in. Blocking these technologies may prevent login from working. The current Platform landing does not include advertising trackers or optional product-analytics scripts.
Retention and security
We retain account and workspace information while needed to provide the service and for legitimate security, support, and legal purposes. Deletion requests are reviewed in light of those needs and shared workspace records. Backups and records that must be retained may persist after deletion from active systems.
We use encrypted connections, access controls, and restricted database permissions to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information outside your country; protections and available rights can vary by location.
Your choices and requests
You can review supported account settings in the console's account menu and revoke Google's connection through your Google Account settings. Revoking Google access does not by itself delete your Platform account or workspace records.
To request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your information, or to ask about other rights available where you live, contact xdomu@googlegroups.com. We may verify your identity before acting. Account deletion currently requires contacting us; it is not an automated console feature.
Children
The Platform is intended for adults building or using professional software. It is not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the Platform changes and will update the effective date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes. For privacy questions, contact xDomu at xdomu@googlegroups.com. See also our Terms of service.
