Terms of service

The Platform preview

xDomu Platform is an early preview of a developer workspace for property intelligence. Available features currently include account access and organization management. Descriptions of future API keys, usage tools, or a playground are plans, not a commitment that those features are available or will launch by a particular date.

We may change, limit, or discontinue preview features. The preview has no guaranteed uptime or support response time. Any future paid service will have its pricing and applicable additional terms presented separately before purchase.

Your account and organizations

You must be an adult with the legal capacity to agree to these terms. Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in methods secure, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activities you authorize through your account.

If you use the Platform for an organization, you must have authority to do so. Organization owners and administrators are responsible for the memberships and permissions they manage. Do not add or expose another person's information without appropriate authorization.

Acceptable use

Use the Platform lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, or use the service for fraud or unlawful discrimination.

Do not submit information you lack the right to provide or use automated traffic to disrupt the preview. Access to a workspace does not grant rights to any third-party property data, listing, image, or other content.

Content and intellectual property

You retain your rights in information you provide. You permit xDomu and its service providers to process that information as needed to operate, secure, and support the Platform, as described in our Privacy policy.

xDomu and its licensors retain rights in the Platform's software, design, and branding. These terms allow you to use available service features; they do not transfer ownership of the Platform or grant a license to redistribute third-party content. You may choose to provide feedback, which we may use to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you.

Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. The Platform uses third-party services, including Clerk for authentication and Google when you choose Google sign-in. Those services have their own applicable terms and privacy practices.

We do not control third-party websites linked from the Platform. Review their terms before using them.

Reliance and availability

The preview is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, xDomu does not make warranties about uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose. Do not rely on the preview as your only copy of important information.

Property information and software outputs, where available, are informational and require independent verification. They are not legal, tax, financial, appraisal, or other professional advice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, xDomu is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the preview. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Suspension and ending use

You may stop using the Platform at any time. To request account deletion, contact xdomu@googlegroups.com. Revoking a Google connection alone does not delete Platform records.

We may restrict or suspend access to address violations of these terms, security risks, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the preview. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable. Information retention is described in the Privacy policy.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms as the service changes. We will publish the revised terms with an updated effective date and provide additional notice when required by applicable law. If you do not agree to revised terms, stop using the service.
